Unlike some Agencies, we only use tried and tested Artistes and Disc Jockeys that we know. We also like to speak to them at least 24 hours before the performance to remind them of the time they are to arrive and to ensure they are in good health. We are the only Agency that we know of to provide this service. We also feel that this is important because it enables us to act quickly should any problem arise.
By signing our contracts, you automatically give us permission to supply a substitute act (subject to availability) should one of our Artistes become unavailable to appear due to accident or illness, only if it is in your interest and/or we cannot contact you. In addition we also operate a 24hr Help Line in the unlikely event of there being any problems.
